-All sales are final- no exchanges. Due to the exclusive nature of merchandise, all sales are final. Please make sure that all pertinent shipping information including size, shipping address, billing address, etc. are submitted accurately. Orders that include errors must be cancelled and re-ordered. If your item arrives damaged please reach us through the contact bar or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
-We are not responsible for packages lost by mail couriers, and you must contact your mail courier directly in the case of a lost package (USPS, DHL, FEDEX, UPS). Once we ship out your package, we have no visibility on it's whereabouts.
